Dr. Elad Ben David is a researcher at the Center for the Study of Conversion and Inter-Religious Encounters at Ben-Gurion University. He holds a PhD from Bar-Ilan University’s Department of Middle Eastern Studies, where he studied da’wah (Islamic propagation) in the United States post-9/11, focusing on Sheikh Yasir Qadhi’s thought. He is also a Research Fellow at the Forum for Regional Thinking, a board member of the Israeli Association for the Study of Religions, and an active participant in the Beit Klee Institute for Interfaith Dialogue.
