The initiative, with the support of the local mayor, began with a series of six meetings with about 20 religious leaders, representing diverse communities, including Orthodox Jewish, Muslim and Christian communities.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Our hope is that, as in Haifa, in Ramla too, these meetings will lead to the establishment of another multifaith forum in a city known for its Jewish-Arab population.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"padding-left: 200px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1901\" src=\"http:\/\/rlgslsb.haifa.ac.il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/New-Logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"75\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Progress in interfaith cooperation, following our success in Haifa, the HLRS recently began to lay the foundations for the establishment of another multifaith leadership group &#8211; this time in Ramla.
