Dr. Noga Buber-Ben David
Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Noga Buber-Ben David is a postdoctoral fellow at the Haifa Laboratory for Religious Studies
She completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she researched the interface between social and business entrepreneurship. She was awarded the Hoffman Fellowship for outstanding doctoral students in leadership and social responsibility. Her master's thesis explored the Roma community in Jerusalem. She participates in international comparative research projects in the field of social entrepreneurship. Her research interests focus on issues of social marginality, multiculturalism, and community.
She holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science and an M.A. in Sociology and Anthropology, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Currently, she serves as Head of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Rothberg International School for Overseas and East Jerusalem Students at the Hebrew University, where she teaches courses in Sociology and Anthropology, Sociology of Health, and Critical Thinking.
Her extensive experience in group facilitation and intercultural dialogue is reflected in her active involvement with various social organizations.
