Some twenty esteemed religious leaders, encompassing a diverse spectrum of faiths—Jewish Orthodox, Jewish Reform, Maronite, Greek Catholic, Muslim, Muslim Ahmadi, and Druze, with representation from both men and women—have united to form the Haifa Committee of Religious Leaders.
Their collective endeavor will unfold through a series of six two-hour sessions hosted at the University of Haifa.
Their primary objective is to lay the foundational framework for the establishment of a pact and a steering committee.
This dedicated committee will be entrusted with the task of conceptualizing and driving initiatives aimed at nurturing and fortifying Haifa’s rich amalgamation of religious and cultural diversity.
